Recipe of Mutton Gravy

Ingredients :

  • Mutton – 1/2 Kg
  • Onion – 2
  • Tomato – 3
  • Green Chilly – 2
  • Turmeric Powder
  • RedChilly powder
  • Coriander leaves
  • Curry leaves
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Dhania Powder
  • Garam Masala
  • Clove and Cinnamon
  • Elachi
  • Oil
  • Salt

Process to cook:

Wash nicely and marinate the mutton with salt, add the ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder to mutton keep it aside. You can prepare the mutton gravy in cooker itself it will be convenient. Pre-heat the oil and add cloves, cinnamon, elachi. Once it’s fried a little add the sliced onions. Stir it well till golden brown. Add the tomatoes and a little of ginger garlic paste. Stir it well and blend all of them together. Add half a glass of water. Put the mutton to the mixed ingredients and add salt. Close the lid of the cooker and let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Now after 10 minutes open the lid and add one glass of water ( it is depends on the thickness you require ). Now add redchilly powder, dhania powder and stir it again for 5 minutes. When it boils nicely off the flame and garnish with curry and coriander leaves. Now your mutton gravy is ready. You can serve it with White rice or roti.
