Recipe of Mushroom Masala


  • Button Mushroom – 250 gms
  • Onion – 2
  • Cabbage grated – 1 cup
  • Green chilly – 2
  • Red Chilly powder – 1 tspn
  • Dhania powder – 1 tspn
  • Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tspn
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Clove – 2
  • Bay leaf
  • Cardamon – 1
  • Oil
  • Salt

Preparation :

First wash the mushroom in running water. Clean it well.Cut the mushroom into 2 or even 4. Likewise cut each mushroom. Then now take a wide kadai pre-heat with oil. Add cloves, cardamon and bay leaf. Then add the sliced onion and green chilly to this. Fry it golden brown. Now add grated cabbage and stir it well. Next add ginger and garlic paste. Add one cup of water and add the mushroom and salt. Cover the lid and open it after 5 mins. Stir all the ingredients and add red chilly and dhania powder. Then allow it to boil for 5 mins. Mushroom masala is ready to serve hot for Roti, Chappathies.
