Recipe of Beetroot Raitha


    • 2  medium sized peeled boiled beetroots
    • 1 boiled peeled potato
    • 1½ cups yoghurt
    • 2 green chilies
    • 2 tsps olive oil
    • ¼ tsp sesame seeds
    • 3 leaves curry leaf
    • ½ tbsp sugar
    • salt to taste


In a big bowl cut beetroots and potatoes into small cubes. Add yoghurt. Heat oil, add sesame seeds, when they crackle add chilli pieces and curry leaves. Pour this seasoning over the yoghurt and beet root mixture. Add sugar and salt. Serve it with main course
